About Us

Why we started a school with only small classes:

One of the biggest complaints made when taking an English course is that there are too many students in the class. Normal schools in Sydney have a maximum of 18 students per class. ILT Sydney has very small classes of a maximum of only 4.

Studying business English or general English with a maximum of only 4 in a class means that your individual needs are our focus and our highly experienced, flexible and adaptable trainers have much more time to pay attention to your specific needs. This allows your speaking, writing, reading and listening to improve much more quickly than in classes of a maximum of 18.

Private, one to one lessons:

ILT Sydney also specialises in one to one training for Business English and English Language tests. Tailor made and high quality one to one classes at ILT Sydney will maximise your improvement. You can receive one to one training courses in specialisations such as, English for Law and Accounting to the PTE and CAE exams.

Why choose us:

So, taking an English course in small classes or taking one to one training at ILT Sydney means you can spend your time and money in an efficient way and see concrete signs of improvement very quickly, while enjoying a friendly and calm environment.

A message from the founder:

“I have a deep passion for re-imagining the way English language learning is facilitated. Through trial & error, keen observation and hard work, we have created a training centre that stands out from others because of the way people learn and the experience they have.

I want ILT to be a place that fully meets the needs of its students, where highly effective lesson plans, materials and the use of technology have a meaningful impact that allows students to fulfil their English language potential and enjoy themselves at the same time.”
